Pit Master Dan and his wife are both US Army Veterans, with over 26 years of service.  Pit Master Dan develop a passion for competition BBQ a few years ago.  The pursue of that passion allowed him to learn techniques and styles of BBQ that are both pleasant to the eye as well as your palate, with an emphasis on presentation, tenderness and flavor.
